Spode vase
An extremely attractive Spode vase of flared shape, beaded above a gilt relief moulded base and foot all on a square gilt plinth. The high loop handles with ram's head terminals and the flared and pierced neck detailed in a gilt leaf design. The vase very well painted to one side with a basket filled with bright garden flowers, to the other with a colourful bouquet. Unmarked except for an impressed 6 or 9 but see Leonard Whiter's 'Spode' Plate 214 for a vase of this shape.

Height: 7 3/4 inches (19.5 cm)
Condition: Very good with no damage or restoration just typical minor wear to the ram's head noses and the corners of the square plinth.
