A fine and large Regency period Coalport plate, the broad dark blue border with relief moulded double barred  C- scrolls and flowing flower heads and foliage all highlighted in white and gold, the centre very well painted with a bright and colourful  bouquet in typical Coalport manner, probably by Thomas Dixon.  Impressed marks underneath.
