A good Derby chamberstick with stylised ring handle and separate  snuffer, the rich dark blue grounds enhanced with intricate and varied gilt patterning. Marked underneath with the Derby factory's hand written crossed batons mark in red together with gilder's number 34.

Condition: Good and undamaged, typical light wear to gilt rims in places also some light crazing and kiln dust underneath. Please note : The snuffer is a professionally custom made replacement exactly copying the original which unsurprisingly has been lost or broken over the course of the last two hundred years.
