Pair Charles Bourne vases

An attractive and decorative pair of late Georgian  vases from the short lived, high quality factory of Charles Bourne. The Empire style vases standing on square plinths, the handles modelled as stylised swan's necks, the dark blue ground with intricate gilding, each vase painted to front and back with bright floral bouquets within gilded vase-shaped reserves. Marked underneath with pattern number 479.

Date: Circa 1825.
Height: 6.25 inches. 16 cm.
Condition: Very good with just minor wear to gilt plinths, no damage or restoration.
