Coalport chamberstick

A fine and rare Coalport chamberstick in the Sèvres manner, the ornate handle and sconce with gilt detailing , the deep lobed base with gilt dentil border, the rich dark blue ground with two reserves of colourful flowers and fruit, probably by William Cook, within finely detailed borders of raised and tooled gilding. The footrim banded in gilt and marked underneath with a Sèvres mark and the letters A and C.
