A rare, possibly unique, Coalport egg cup stand complete with the original six egg cups all with C-scroll moulding, the two handled stand of lobed shape raised on four paw feet, the egg cups of stepped shape with tapered stems. Both the stand and egg cups vividly painted with bunches of garden flowers and scattered sprigs almost certainly by Thomas Brentnall and all enhanced with gilding.
