A striking Minton inkwell, inner well and cover with gadrooned rim and standing on three gilt paw feet, the body with three moulded  gilt medallions, the top with three quill holes and a removable taper holder. The vibrant pink ground finely painted to the front with a  colourful bouquet of garden flowers and foliage and around with bright floral sprays.

Date: Circa 1830
Width: 4 inches  (10cm)  Height: 3 inches  (7.5 cm)
Condition: Very good with just a little cosmetic regilding to the finial.
