English porcelain chamberstick

An extremely attractive English porcelain chamberstick with gently curving handle, the fully gilt sconce with shell moulding, the base also modelled as a scallop shell, the dark blue ground with fine intricate gilding and a shaped cartouche painted with bright garden flowers within a gilt border. Unmarked except for a blue V.
