An unusual late Regency Chamberlain Worcester inkwell modelled as three mermaids on a triangular plinth supporting a covered urn, the finial and lid over a small recess, the large cover concealing an inkwell. The front panel finely painted with a landscape and titled under the base "On the Ouse". Script mark " Chamberlain Worcester".

Condition: Two minute chips to lid repaired otherwise very good
