An interesting and unusual Minton chamberstick in the "Dresden" pattern, standing on four paw feet, the elongated  handle, base and sconce exuberantly moulded with scrolls, swirls and fans all enhanced with intricate gilding, the royal blue and cream ground well painted with a continuous circular rural landscape.

Date: Circa 1830

Length including handle: 6 1/2 inches (16.5 cm)  Height: 2 inches (5 cm)

Condition: Good. There has been some minor professional restoration to the handle which seems to have been a common experience with this extremely attractive design.
