We sell only antique porcelain (no fakes and no reproductions) Over the many years since these were produced you may find that they have the occasional small scratches, light crazing, firing faults, slight wear to the gilding and so on. These are the normal signs of either the manufacturing processes of the time, the passing of the years or use. We are happy to provide more detailed condition reports, more images and any further information that you may require.
Any restoration noted is always done to the highest professional standards and is intended only to restore the article to near it’s original state, for instance to counter the corrosive effects of ink on a Regency porcelain inkwell or to reattach the finial to the cover of a vase.
Although we always try to buy in the best condition possible, please remember that some of these items have been around since the Battle of Waterloo......
However in the unlikely case that you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we will provide a full refund, less postage, if you notify us within fourteen days of purchase.
We do not at this time accept credit or debit cards. Payment may be made by bank transfer, sterling cheque or cash.
We normally ship by Royal Mail or Parcelforce, usually next day delivery within the UK. We obviously cannot guarantee delivery for overseas shipments as there may be customs delays over which we have no control.
